### Can I buy a bottle from Dorado Rock?

No. Dorado Rock LLC is a **broker**, not a store and not a D2C retailer. Buy
at a North Carolina **ABC store** using the NC ABC code from the
[public catalog](https://doradorockllc.com/spirits).

### How do I buy a spirit you represent?

Open the catalog, copy the **NC ABC code**, and ask any ABC store in the
state to order or stock it. Special-order items use the same code; you ask
the store to place a special order.

### What is an NC ABC code?

The identifier the NC ABC system uses to order a spirit. Product pages live
at `https://doradorockllc.com/spirits/detail/{nc-code}`.

### What is the difference between listed and special-order?

**Listed:** on the regular ABC list / quarterly price lists; more often on
shelves. **Special-order:** in the system, typically ordered on request.
Both go through ABC. Neither is sold by Dorado Rock to consumers.

### Do you ship to my house?

No. NC spirits retail is through ABC stores.

### Are you an ABC store?

No.

### How do we get these products?

Through the NC ABC system and your local board/store. Dorado Rock's
in-market rep supports the order; we do not bypass ABC.

### What does a broker do here that a typical distributor does not?

In NC spirits, the retail shelf is ABC. A specialist broker's job is codes,
listings, special orders, quarterly price lists, boards, and local trade
work on a **curated** craft book. National wholesalers are built for volume
across many states and categories.

### Do you cover the whole state?

Yes. All 100 counties; reps in Raleigh, the Triangle, Charlotte, and
Wilmington/Coast.

### How is Dorado Rock different from Southern Glazer's, RNDC, or a typical distributor?

Southern Glazer's, RNDC, Martignetti, and Johnson Brothers are **national
or regional wine-and-spirits wholesalers**. Dorado Rock LLC is a **licensed
